Pricing Policy

1. Indicative pricing

All prices listed on dewamedical.com are indicative and may vary based on laboratory partners, medical complexity, or location (clinic vs. villa visit). Indicative pricing helps visitors estimate costs before confirming an appointment.

2. Consultation fee

A standard doctor consultation fee of IDR 250,000 applies for most services unless otherwise stated. This covers medical evaluation, risk assessment, and prescription if indicated.

3. Laboratory and partner pricing

Laboratory test prices are based on our accredited partner labs. Some specialty tests (e.g., PCR or ELISA) are processed at referral laboratories; turnaround times and fees may vary depending on the lab schedule and logistics.

4. Priority processing

“Priority processing” means we coordinate expedited courier delivery and lab handling to shorten turnaround times when possible. Additional fees may apply. Availability depends on the lab’s operational hours and weather conditions.

5. Mobile & villa services

On-site sample collection or doctor visits at villas/hotels include transportation and handling costs, depending on distance. Prices will be confirmed before dispatching medical staff.

6. Payment & confirmation

Payment is accepted via cash, local bank transfer, or selected digital wallets. In certain cases, advance payment or deposit may be required to confirm a lab order.

7. Currency & updates

All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Pricing information is reviewed and updated periodically — latest update: November 4, 2025.

All diagnostic testing is performed by accredited partner laboratories. Dewa Medical coordinates sample collection, clinical assessment, and result delivery. If you require details on the lab performing your test, please request this at booking.
