Dewa Medical offers confidential and anonymous STD testing for tourists, expats and locals. You can choose a clinic appointment or a discreet villa/home sample collection. We prioritise privacy at every step — from booking to result delivery.

Step-by-step: anonymous testing process
Contact & triage
WhatsApp us with your preferred time and whether you want a clinic or villa visit. You may decline to provide passport/ID. For test selection guidance, refer to our STD Testing in Bali complete guide .
Booking confirmation
We confirm time, approximate price (lab + doctor fee IDR 250,000) and arrival window. For villa visits we use unmarked vehicles and discreet staff.
Sample collection
Blood, urine or swabs collected in private. We offer clinician-collected or supervised self-collection where appropriate.
Laboratory processing
Samples sent to partner labs using secure chain-of-custody procedures.
Result delivery
Choose secure email, encrypted message, or in-person consultation. We do not share results with third parties without express consent.
Privacy safeguards we use
Minimal Data
Minimal data collection on request (we can accept only a contact method).
Discrete Billing
Discrete billing options — ask about plain invoices or credit card receipts without medical detail.
Secure Storage
Secure storage of medical records with restricted staff access and audit logs.
Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
We accept walk-ins at the clinic when capacity allows, but for privacy and to ensure availability we recommend booking via WhatsApp.
Can results be given to someone else?
Only with your explicit written consent. Otherwise results are provided directly to the patient by their chosen secure method.

Indicative fees: Doctor consultation IDR 250,000. Mobile sample collection IDR 450,000 per visit. Exact totals confirmed at booking.
