Quick overview

We provide a full range of STI tests (HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhoea, hepatitis, herpes and more). Tests use blood, urine or swabs depending on the infection. We offer in-clinic testing and discreet home visits across Bali.

Common questions

We offer Rapid and lab-based HIV tests (including PCR), VDRL & TPHA for syphilis, NAAT (PCR) for chlamydia & gonorrhoea, hepatitis serology, herpes serology and other specialised tests. Sample type depends on the infection: blood, urine, or swab.

Most blood tests require no special preparation. For urine NAAT avoid urinating for 1 hour before the sample. For genital swabs it's best to avoid sex, vaginal douching or intravaginal products for 24 hours. If you are unsure, our clinician will advise before sample collection.

Rapid tests: minutes to a few hours. Lab-based NAAT/ELISA tests: typically 24–72 hours. Each blog article and test page lists the expected turnaround time for that specific assay.

All results and medical records are private and provided only to the patient or a named representative with written consent. We can provide discreet appointment notifications and anonymous testing in certain cases — discuss with our team at booking.

We provide home visits across Bali. A home-visit fee applies and depends on location. All samples are handled per lab standards and results/reporting are identical to in-clinic testing.

Yes — we issue official medical reports and lab-confirmed certificates when required. Please request the report at booking so we can prepare the correct documentation.

Positive screening tests are confirmed with reference lab tests before final diagnosis. We offer on-site treatment where appropriate, arrange referrals to specialists, provide counseling and follow-up testing as needed.

HIV, hepatitis and many serology tests use blood. Chlamydia/gonorrhoea NAAT often uses urine or genital swabs (vaginal, urethral, rectal, throat) depending on risk exposure. Our clinician will select the correct sample for accuracy.

Prices depend on the tests selected. We offer individual tests and bundled full STD panels; discounts are available for panels. For an immediate quote, message us on WhatsApp with the tests you want or choose our recommended 'full panel' option.

Window periods vary. Some infections need immediate testing and follow-up (e.g. HIV repeat testing at 6–12 weeks depending on assay). See our article for exact timing guidance: When to Test After Exposure.
